SDLG Launches Top Service Brand In Kumasi, Ghana

Recently, the SDLG Africa regional team, together with its dealer STRONG MACHINE, held the Top Service brand launch event in Kumasi, a key industrial city in Ghana. Over 80 key account representatives from across Ghana attended the event.
Zhao Peng and Yu Xiangyong, assistant general managers of SDLG, attended the event and delivered speeches. They noted that high-quality, efficient and professional service is a distinct advantage and an important pillar of SDLG's internationalization strategy. The launch of the Top Service brand marks a key step forward in building SDLG’s service system in the Ghanaian market and demonstrates SDLG’s firm commitment to deepening its presence in Africa and achieving win-win growth with customers.
On this occasion, the dealer’s representative stated that STRONG MACHINE will continue to increase investment in personnel training, parts support and service network development; steadily strengthen its localized service capabilities; and work hand in hand with SDLG to provide customers with more robust service support.
During the event, SDLG and STRONG MACHINE gave a systematic introduction to the Top Service concept, service standards and the capability enhancement roadmap. They presented a comprehensive picture of SDLG’s full product lifecycle service strength, and engaged in in-depth exchanges with customer representatives on equipment usage, after-sales support and service response.
The Top Service concept centers on ‘Expert, Fast and Care’. SDLG also upholds its ‘7117 Service Commitment’: 7000 working hours warranty, 1 day on site rate 95%, first-time fix quality rate 90%, and backup machine subsidy or subsidy for the downtime losses caused by failures which cannot be solved within 7 working days. The Top Service brand aims to make SDLG the preferred Chinese brand for global customers.
During the event, three machines were officially handed over to customers in the presence of the attending guests. Three machines, three tokens of trust. The key handover moment was a fitting footnote to Top Service’s journey from promise to practice.
At the interactive sessions and product experience activities, customers took part with great enthusiasm. On that afternoon in Kumasi, applause and laughter rose and fell in waves: an excavator sliced a watermelon with pinpoint precision, while a wheel loader threaded nuts with effortless ease. This was not a stunt, but a vivid demonstration of the real strength of SDLG equipment and of our relentless attention to service detail. The games tested not only the operators' operating skills, but also the machines’ precise controllability.
The group photo session brought the event to a climax. Customer representatives, industry guests, the SDLG team and the local dealer stood side by side. The camera captured not only smiling faces, but also a shared belief in joining hands to strengthen regional service capabilities.
The successful launch of the Top Service brand has consolidated SDLG’s service foundation in the Ghanaian market and injected new momentum into its continued growth in West Africa. Going forward, SDLG regional team will continue to safeguard the efficient operation of customers' equipment and create greater value together with customers. The Kumasi story continues, and the road that SDLG walks side by side with its customers grows ever wider.
