Perkins Appoints Homsi Motors As Syria Distributor

Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - Perkins Engines selected Homsi Motors as its official distributor in Syria.

As demand for equipment and power systems connected to infrastructure, building, and energy projects increases, Homsi Motors, based in Damascus, will provide Perkins original parts, service, and product support nationwide.

The company, which is run by Edward and Roy Homsi, has a lot of expertise supporting Perkins-powered equipment in the market and was once a Perkins distributor in Syria.

Currently, Homsi Motors has locations in Aleppo and Damascus, and it also offers retail support for components in Tartus, Homs, and Hama.

According to Perkins, the appointment improves Syria's customer support capabilities via long-standing customer connections, existing service infrastructure, and local technical competence.

The move coincides with a rise in the need for dependable industrial engines and power solutions to support infrastructure, industrial operations, and rehabilitation across the area.
