ALAS Emirates Ready Mix Opens New Riyadh City Plant

Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - ALAS Emirates Ready Mix disclosed that its upgraded batching plant in Riyadh City, southeast of Abu Dhabi Island, is now open again.

This plant can make up to 120 cubic meters of concrete every hour, and its production will be essential for fulfilling the growing demand for development in the capital's growing metropolitan areas.

The plant’s primary role will be to supply concrete for major infrastructure and housing developments, including the large-scale Madinat Al Riyadh project. Phase 3 of Riyadh City South alone will require approximately 120,000 cubic meters of concrete, with several upcoming projects expected to further boost demand across the region.

ALAS Emirates Ready Mix, which can trace its roots back over 50 years to its European progenitor, Asamer Holding of Austria, is still operated by Bin Fadel Holding, which took full control in 2014.
