Dar Global Unveils Nickelodeon-Branded Resort In Oman

Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - Dar Global, a London-listed company, has disclosed its intention to construct a Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts property at its AIDA development in Oman.

Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Oman, which will be a component of the broader AIDA master development, is designed to cater to the luxury family travel segment. The resort will consist of 120 keys, which will include family-oriented accommodations and themed residences with one- to three-bedroom units.

The resort will feature a waterpark, themed dining venues, and children-focused diversions, all of which are situated within AIDA's clifftop community that offers a stunning view of the sea. AIDA, a 3.5 million square meter mixed-use project, is being developed in a joint venture with Omran Group. The project will incorporate residential, hospitality, and leisure components, as well as golf facilities. It is anticipated that the initial phase of the project's infrastructure will be finalized by 2027.
