SMT Delivers 10 Dongfeng Fuel Transport Trucks In Cameroon

Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - SMT Cameroon has supplied ten Dongfeng KC380 6x4 trucks for gasoline distribution across Central Africa, increasing capacity in regional energy logistics operations.

The 380-horsepower trucks will be linked with 36,000-liter gasoline tanks and will operate along critical transportation routes linking Cameroon, Chad, and Central African Republic.

The fleet will help carry petroleum between the three nations, increasing road-based supply capacity along key regional commerce and energy lines.

As part of the handover, SMT Cameroon conducted driver training on vehicle operation and performance, preparing the fleet for long-distance transport operations.

The delivery demonstrates the sustained need for heavy-duty vehicles and specialized transport equipment in Central Africa, where road freight is important for transporting petroleum and other key supplies between landlocked markets and regional gateways.
