SATA Recognized As Scania’s Heavy Tipper Leader In Middle East

Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - Scania Middle East has presented SATA LLC with the Segment Leader award for Heavy Tipper Trucks, in recognition of the great success of Scania’s mining and quarry transport solutions in Oman.

The accolade shows increasing customer trust in Scania’s heavy-duty tipper line, especially the 60-tonne GVW versions that are intended for difficult mining, quarrying and heavy haulage applications.

The trucks are particularly designed for tough working areas, with rugged powertrains, heavy-duty chassis and customized tipper bodies to enhance durability, payload capacity and operational efficiency.

SATA said that robust aftersales support is still a significant reason for the success of Scania’s mining solutions in Oman, with the business offering servicing throughout the country, availability of spare parts and technical assistance for fleet uptime optimization.
