Qatar Unveils First CNG-Powered Sinotruk

Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - Seashore Automobiles launched Qatar's first compressed natural gas (CNG)-powered Sinotruk at Mina Port in Doha.

As part of the launch, Ready-Mix Qatar received a CNG Sinotruk 8x4 mixer truck, and Seashore Engineering received a CNG 4x2 prime mover.

This project is in accordance with the objectives of Qatar National Vision 2030, which seeks to encourage the utilization of cleaner energy sources and reduce the amount of carbon emissions produced by the heavy transport sector respectively.

This project represents a significant step toward the goal of increasing the prevalence of low-emission commercial transportation in Qatar.
