Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - Egypt's ongoing infrastructure and transportation projects have been bolstered by the delivery of 50 heavy-duty trucks from SANY Group to the Ministry of Transportation by Elsewedy Machinery.
The trucks are engineered to operate for extended periods of time and have a payload capacity of up to 40 tonnes. For demanding operating conditions, they are equipped with heavy-duty drivetrains and reinforced high-strength steel chassis, as well as 380–430 hp engines.
In order to optimize productivity, the trucks are equipped with fuel containers that can hold up to 400 liters, which minimizes the need for frequent refueling. Additionally, they feature safety systems such as dual-circuit air brakes with ABS to ensure that they retain control under maximum load.
Elsewedy Machinery, which is the industrial equipment division of Elsewedy Electric, operates across Egypt.
