Saudi Arabia Launches Tabuk Hills And Tabuk Valley Phase 2

Saudi Arabia’s National Housing Company (NHC) has signed multiple agreements with leading developers to launch Tabuk Hills and the second phase of Tabuk Valley, two major urban developments in the Tabuk region.

Governor Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz and senior officials, including Deputy Governor Prince Khalid bin Saud and NHC CEO Mohammed Al Buty. Six real estate development agreements were signed as part of the initiative.

These projects support the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 Housing Program, which aims to increase home ownership rates to 70% through collaboration between the public and private sectors.
