ÈLM Developments Awards $73 Million Contract To CCC Egypt

Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - ÈLM Developments has inked a USD 73 million construction deal with Consolidated Contractors Company Egypt (CCC Egypt) to execute the ÈLM Tree project in 6th of October City. Under the terms of the deal, CCC Egypt will oversee the whole building process, ensuring that it meets international quality and technical requirements.

ÈLM Tree is located in the northern expansions of 6th of October City, spanning 58 acres, with more than 80% devoted to green and open areas. The development will include low-density residential units, a 26-acre commercial and administrative space, and a social club with recreational and sporting amenities. The project prioritizes sustainability and intends to obtain LEED Gold certification.

CCC Egypt, a subsidiary of Consolidated Contractors Group Offshore, has more than seven decades of building expertise in 50 countries, including important Egyptian projects including City Centre Almaza, Four Seasons Madinaty, and the New Alamein Towers.

ÈLM Developments, founded in 2024, sees ÈLM Tree as a key component of its plan to create sustainable communities that combine contemporary design, excellent construction, and environmental responsibility.
