Dar Al Arkan, Trump Organisation Launch Golf Resort At Diriyah

Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - Dar Al Arkan, in collaboration with its London-listed subsidiary Dar Global and The Trump Organization, has announced Trump International Golf Club, Wadi Safar, a large-scale luxury property planned inside Saudi Arabia's Diriyah masterplan.

The project will be developed on a 2.6 million square meter property in Wadi Safar and will include a Trump-branded championship golf course, a luxury hotel, and high-end residential apartments with views of natural wadis and planted fairways.

The development follows a joint announcement in December 2024 on two Trump-branded buildings in Riyadh, and it is The Trump Organization’s first project in the Diriyah development.

Dar Global has been extending its portfolio of Trump-branded properties around the Middle East. The developer granted Arabian Construction Company (ACC) the primary construction contract for the $531 million Trump Tower Jeddah in November 2025, with completion expected in the fourth quarter of 2029. This was followed in December 2025 by the granting of enabling works for the $1 billion Trump International Hotel & Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.
