Port Of NEOM And CEVA Almajdouie Partner On Europe–Saudi–Iraq Logistics Corridor

Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - The Port of NEOM and CEVA Almajdouie Logistics have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to create integrated freight solutions that connect Europe, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and Iraq.
The partnership intends to facilitate cargo flow between international shipping lines and inland markets by integrating the Port of NEOM's Red Sea connectivity with CEVA Almajdouie's road transport, cross-border trucking, customs clearance, and warehousing capabilities.
The alliance will investigate multimodal logistics solutions for various cargo categories, such as coordinated marine and land transportation, interior distribution, and cross-border freight transfers.
The Port of NEOM, located within NEOM's Oxagon industrial complex in northwestern Saudi Arabia, is being built as a logistical gateway connecting Red Sea shipping routes to regional transport networks.
The two companies will also explore combined customer service and market development options to drive more cargo through the port and boost access to GCC and Iraqi markets.
