Aramex Expands EV Fleet Charging Network In Saudi Arabia

Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - Aramex is expanding its electric vehicle operations in Saudi Arabia in partnership with ASX eMobility, which has installed additional charging infrastructure to accommodate the logistics provider's increasing electric fleet.

The most recent installation comprises numerous charging stations and a Sungrow DC fast charger, which ASX claims is the first of its type in the Kingdom.

The initiative is part of ASX eMobility's overall plan to accelerate fleet electrification by integrating private charging infrastructure, its E-FILL charging network, and collaborations with vehicle manufacturers to assist commercial fleet operators in transitioning to electric mobility.

Aramex's extended charging network continues its long-standing commitment to electrifying last-mile delivery in Saudi Arabia, allowing for more efficient and low-emission logistical operations.

As Saudi Arabia works to achieve its sustainability targets under Vision 2030, commercial fleet electrification is projected to become more essential, with logistics operators investing in both electric cars and charging infrastructure to support day-to-day operations.
