Elematic Acquires Vollert Precast Technology Business

Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - Elematic Oyj has purchased Vollert Anlagenbau GmbH's precast concrete technology company, which will improve its position in the worldwide precast construction technology industry. Vollert Precast Solutions will continue to operate in Germany as part of the Elematic Group after the acquisition.

The acquisition brings together Finnish and German experience in automation, software, manufacturing technologies, and plant lifecycle services. The enlarged portfolio aims to promote more efficient, safer, and low-carbon building globally.

The transaction further expands Elematic's presence in Central Europe, where Vollert has established operations, while also increasing offering depth in regions where Elematic is already present, such as the Middle East, India, Asia Pacific, and North America.
