Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - Terex MPS, in collaboration with its Saudi Arabian partner Abdul Latif Jameel Machinery (ALJ), has commissioned an 800-tonne-per-hour crushing and screening facility in the Kingdom.
The plant can process up to 800 tons of material per hour, creating crushed and graded aggregates for use in concrete, asphalt, road building, and other infrastructure applications. Quarry businesses, aggregate manufacturers, and building contractors are the most common operators of such projects.
Terex MPS and ALJ worked together on the plant's engineering, design, installation, and commissioning. The companies also offered operator training, technical help, and after-sales support.
The installation increases Terex MPS's footprint in Saudi Arabia, where large building and infrastructure projects are driving demand for aggregates and high-capacity quarrying equipment.
