Ashbrook Places Record £18 Million JCB Equipment Order

Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - UK plant rental business Ashbrook has made its biggest ever purchase for JCB machinery, paying £18 million on around 270 units.

The order comprises a number of JCB X Series tracked excavators, Loadall telescopic handlers, site dumpers and compaction equipment, which is Ashbrook’s first acquisition of both X Series excavators and JCB compaction machines.

Founded in 1998 by James Ashbrook with only one hired equipment, the company has evolved to become one of the major plant rental companies in the north west of England managing a fleet of more than 3,000 machines.

The new fleet will help clients in the construction, earthmoving and agricultural industries, and increase Ashbrook’s rental offering with more excavation and compaction equipment.

Gunn JCB is supplying the equipment and they are being financed via JCB Finance.
