ALFAMIX Thermal Oil Heater – 500,000–2,000,000 kcal/h ALFAMIX thermal oil heaters are manufactured in various capacities from 500,000 kcal/h to 2,000,000 kcal/h to meet the heating needs of asphalt plants, bitumen storage systems and industrial processes. They combine a two-pass coil system, materials suitable for high temperatures and effective insulation for efficient heat transfer and a long service life. Flexibility in fuel and burner selection. The heaters are optionally supplied with liquid-fuel, gas-fired or combined liquid-fuel + gas burners. The customer's preferred burner brand can be used, provided it is suitable for the capacity and fuel characteristics. This allows the system to be configured according to the facility's existing fuel infrastructure and service preferences. Two-pass coils made from seamless steel tubing. The coils are manufactured from seamless drawn steel tubes of grade P235GH-TC1, suitable for high-temperature operation, with an outside diameter of Ø60.3 mm and a wall thickness of 3.6 mm. The two-pass coil arrangement supports efficient transfer of the heat generated by combustion to the thermal oil. Two-stage thermal protection in the front and rear covers. The covers feature a two-layer structure combining insulating castable and refractory castable.
