Daimler Truck Southern Africa Appoints Mpho Matseba As Head Of FUSO Trucks

Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - Mpho Matseba has been named Head of FUSO Trucks Southern Africa by Daimler Truck Southern Africa, with effect from April 1, 2026.

After leading projects centered on dealer relations, customer engagement, and commercial development in the Southern African region as Head of FUSO Sales since 2024, Matseba assumes the position.

In her new role, she will be in charge of all aspects of FUSO Trucks' operations in the area, including strategy, marketing, sales, aftersales, supply chain management, and customer service.

Her hiring coincides with a major worldwide shift for the FUSO brand, as Daimler Truck AG and Toyota Motor Corporation want to combine Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation and Hino Motors under the newly established ARCHION Group.

DTSA affirmed that FUSO's business, dealer network, and after-sales service in South Africa and its neighboring countries would remain unchanged notwithstanding the worldwide restructure.
