Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - Sobha Realty has unveiled Sobha AquaCrest, the second residential cluster in its Downtown UAQ master development in Umm Al Quwain. This coastal project will cost $20 billion and cover 25 million square feet.
By June 2029, Sobha AquaCrest will have five towers with one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and duplexes. Each unit will have eco-friendly materials, double-glazed windows, district cooling, EV charging stations, and energy-efficient systems to help the environment.
More than half of Downtown UAQ is made up of open and green spaces, such as parks, promenades, and places to play. There are also plans for air and water taxis in the future to make it easier for people to get around the emirate in a more environmentally friendly way.
Along with the nearby Sobha Siniya Island project, these two developments show Sobha Realty's long-term commitment to environmentally friendly urban growth. They are expected to bring in about 30% of the company's total sales in 2025, which will boost investor confidence in Umm Al Quwain's growing real estate market.
