Saudi Egyptian Developers Partners With Nile Projects To Elevate Central Mall

Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - Saudi Egyptian Developers has entered into a strategic partnership with Nile Projects & Trading Co. to introduce more than 10 international brands to the Central project in New Cairo. The move is designed to position the development as a premier commercial and entertainment destination in Egypt.

To support this vision, the company has also appointed Decipher Egypt as consultant for the management and operation of the project’s commercial spaces. The consultancy will provide expertise in planning, operations, and design to enhance the value and long-term sustainability of the development.

Nile Projects, which manages a portfolio of over 60 global brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Polo Ralph Lauren, BOSS, and Charles & Keith, will leverage its experience in brand management and retail partnerships to attract leading tenants.

Covering approximately 160,000 square meters, Central combines retail, office, and entertainment facilities in a prime location at the intersection of North and South 90th Streets and Mohammed Naguib Axis. The project aims to provide an integrated lifestyle hub that meets international standards while reinforcing New Cairo’s position as a key urban and commercial center.
