Retal And National Housing Company Sign Riyadh Housing Deal

Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - Retal Urban Development Company and National Housing Company have inked a $1.39 billion deal to build a significant residential project in Riyadh's Al Fursan district.

Along with commercial and mixed-use elements, the project will supply 4,839 residential units, including villas and apartments, over more than 1 million square meters. The project is expected to be finished in four years.

Retal will manage the whole scope of work, including design, marketing, finance, building, and the delivery of all infrastructure, as per the agreement.
