QUBE And Lux Collective Launch ELIRE Residences In Dubai

Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) -  QUBE Development, in collaboration with global hospitality group The Lux Collective, has broken ground on ELIRE, a branded residence project in Business Bay. The development marks the Middle East debut of LUX* branded residences and is scheduled for handover in 2028.

ELIRE will comprise 100 luxury residences designed around light, space, and sensory living. Future residents will have access to integrated hospitality services managed by LUX*, including concierge, housekeeping, spa, dining, and chauffeur options. Phase 1 sales have begun, featuring a limited release of furnished three- and four-bedroom duplex apartments.

Positioned as a benchmark for branded residential living, the project combines QUBE’s development expertise with The Lux Collective’s hospitality experience. It aligns with rising demand in Dubai for lifestyle-focused properties offering long-term value and premium services.
