Meraas Launches 45-Storey Atélis Tower At d3 In Dubai

Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has unveiled Atélis at d3, a 45-storey luxury residential tower in Dubai’s creative district. Designed by renowned firm SOM, the building offers 280 apartments with one to four bedrooms, featuring a unique petal-inspired façade and panoramic views of Dubai Creek and the skyline.

The development includes sky villas, penthouses, resort-style amenities, wellness spaces, and co-working areas. Atélis marks the first residential project on d3’s Creekside and is part of a wider expansion that will add over 500,000 sq.ft. of office space to the district by 2028. The AED 825 million investment aligns with Dubai’s 2040 Urban Master Plan.
