Meraas Awards Contract For Phase 7 Of Madinat Jumeirah Living Elara

Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a construction contract worth over AED 300 million to Al Sahel Contracting Company for Phase 7 of Madinat Jumeirah Living, known as Elara. The new phase follows the successful completion of the development’s first four phases, with Phase 5 nearing completion.

Scheduled for delivery in Q4 2026, Elara will feature three residential towers with 234 modern apartments, including 1- to 4-bedroom units and penthouses. Located near Souk Madinat Jumeirah and Jumeirah Beach, the project offers sea views and luxury amenities in one of Dubai’s most prestigious neighbourhoods.
