Global Partners Plans Dubai Creek Residential Masterplan

Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - Global Partners has announced intentions to build a large-scale residential project in Dubai Creek as part of its second property fund in the UAE, increasing its presence in one of Dubai's most important waterfront areas.

The project will occupy more than 127,000 square metres, with manicured gardens and open areas accounting for almost 70% of the total area. The project is centered on low-rise residential structures that prioritize health, open vistas, and a strong connection to the surrounding natural spaces, while also providing views of Downtown Dubai and the creek.

Retail components will be included throughout the property to meet daily requirements and stimulate public areas. Construction is anticipated to start in 2026.

The property will also contain two branded residential components designed in conjunction with renowned hotel brands, bringing hospitality-led services to the neighborhood.
