Emaar Confirms Dubai Square Development At Dubai Creek Harbour

Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - Emaar has announced plans to build Dubai Square, a sizable mixed-use neighborhood inside Dubai Creek Harbour that is expected to grow into one of the main shopping, residential, and entertainment hubs in the United Arab Emirates.

About 10,000 residential units, 1,500 hotel rooms, and a network of walkable streets, public places, and community spaces are all part of the concept. Also proposed is a sizable retail zone that will compete with Dubai's largest shopping destinations and be backed by digital mobility solutions and smart retail systems.

Major entertainment venues, promenades, and public areas by the lake are just a few of the recreational delights that Dubai Square will provide. With a focus on sustainability, green mobility, and energy-efficient design, the concept is closely connected to the neighboring Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary.

It is anticipated that a future metro connection will connect Dubai International Airport to Dubai Creek Harbour and Dubai Square, enhancing accessibility and fostering the region's long-term development. The project is expected to be finished in around three years.
