Aldar has revealed the masterplan for Fahid Island, a AED 40 billion waterfront destination set between Yas and Saadiyat Islands in Abu Dhabi. The 2.7 million sqm island will feature 6,000 premium residences, a leading international school, and a range of wellness, leisure, and retail offerings.
Fahid Island boasts 4.6 km of beaches, a 2 km waterfront promenade, and a 10 km Berm Park with cycling and running tracks. Thirty percent of the island is dedicated to green space, making it the world’s first Fitwel-certified island. The development will also include Coral Drive, a boutique retail boulevard, and Fahid Beach Residences, the first luxury housing cluster on the island. Designed by renowned architects, the project reflects Aldar’s vision of sustainable, wellness-focused living.
