Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - Aldar, an Abu Dhabi developer, has inaugurated The Wilds Residences, a new apartment cluster inside its nature-focused The Wilds complex in Dubai.
The project consists of six mid-rise buildings with 740 units, which include one- to three-bedroom flats and two- to three-bedroom duplexes. The dwellings are located in manicured environs with native and fruit-bearing trees, with design features that promote biodiversity and outdoor life.
The launch comes after the villas in The Wilds' first phase sold out for AED5 billion ($1.36 billion), demonstrating demand for wellness-oriented residential communities.
The development is part of Aldar's joint venture with Dubai Holding. Sales are set to begin on March 2 and will be accessible to customers of all nationalities.
The Wilds Residences will have a landscaped podium level with gardens, play areas, walking paths, and retail space, as well as facilities including swimming pools, fitness centers, cafes, and designated places for children and teens. The larger vision includes parks, bike pathways, nature-themed clubhouses, and a central park highlighted by the Nest Pavilion.
The neighborhood, located on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road opposite Global Village, is part of Dubai's expansion corridor, with a focus on green space and sustainability. According to Aldar, The Wilds masterplan is the UAE's first community to get both LEED Platinum and Fitwel 3-Star certifications.
