Al Borouj, El Gamsy Partner On Commercial Project In Egypt

Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - Al Borouj for Construction and Development has signed a partnership agreement with El Gamsy Real Estate Development to establish a new integrated commercial project in East Cairo’s El Shorouk City. The development will cover about 5,300 square meters.

The project is planned to include spaces for commercial, administrative, medical, and educational uses, with the aim of meeting community needs and encouraging further investment in the city. The agreement reflects Al Borouj’s strategy of working with experienced partners to expand its presence in Egypt’s real estate market.
