AHS Unveils $750m Luxury Waterfront Project In Dubai

AHS Properties has launched Casa AHS, a $750 million ultra-luxury residential development along the Dubai Water Canal. The project will feature 32 high-end residences—including Sky Villas, Mansions, and Palaces—ranging from 5,088 to nearly 30,000 sq ft.

Designed by architect Shaun Killa with interiors by HBA Residential, each home includes private elevators, infinity-edge pools, jacuzzis, and panoramic views. Residents will also enjoy five-star amenities, including a spa, private lounge, concierge services, and access to a curated UHNW community. Casa AHS aims to redefine elite urban living in Dubai’s prime waterfront district.
