The cranes assist with material handling throughout the manufacturing process, from receiving raw materials to transporting completed galvanized and pre-painted steel coils for storage and shipment.

Handling these items requires accurate load location and controlled lifting actions, especially as coated steel surfaces are susceptible to scratches and impact damage during transit throughout the facility.

UISC is the UAE's leading manufacturer of galvanized and pre-painted steel products, with an annual production capacity of up to 250,000 tons of cut sheet goods and 150,000 tons of pre-painted galvanized steel coils.

Konecranes also offers maintenance assistance via an annual maintenance contract (AMC), which includes crane service and operational dependability to reduce equipment downtime.
