Dubai (PlantAndEquipment.com) - Saudi Diesel Equipment Company (SDEC) plans to extend Mahindra's position in Saudi Arabia's backhoe loader industry, focusing on demand from infrastructure, utilities, municipal works, and the developing equipment rental sector.
The partnership focuses only on Mahindra backhoe loaders, with SDEC providing sales, spare parts, and after-sales assistance across the kingdom. The EarthMaster SXL and VX versions are among the most popular among customers.
The backhoes are suitable for a variety of tasks, including road construction, trenching, site preparation, and basic earthmoving. Both have a 1.1m³ loader bucket, and the range prioritizes fuel economy and adaptability for contractors and rental fleets.
SDEC is also emphasizing its local support network as an important component of the offering, supplying parts, technical assistance, operator training, and optional telemetry for monitoring equipment performance and maintenance.
