What we look for

We need hands-on professionals who know machines inside and out. Our inspectors:

• Have years of experience diagnosing faults in heavy construction equipment.
• Spot signs of wear and damage quickly and accurately.
• Operate excavators, wheel loaders, and bulldozers with ease.
• Understand the difference between a converter drive and a hydrostatic drive.
• Know how hydraulic pumps work — and what “pilot pressure” really means.
• Communicate in clear English and use cameras and computers confidently.

How we work

Our workload shifts across countries and seasons. That’s why we work with freelance inspectors. For you, it’s an opportunity to earn extra income while staying flexible. We pay fair rates — and we pay fast. Inspectors receive a training, technical documents and specific technical advice.
