Alef Breaks Ground On $299mln Landmark Sharjah Development

Sharjah-based developer Alef has officially broken ground on Al Mamsha Raseel, the third zone of its flagship Al Mamsha development in Muwaileh. Valued at AED 1.1 billion ($299.4 million), the project is scheduled for completion by December 2028.

Al Mamsha Raseel will feature 2,210 residential units, including one- to three-bedroom apartments with private balconies, set within landscaped green spaces and interactive water features. Designed as part of Sharjah’s first fully walkable community, the development emphasizes sustainability, urban innovation, and enhanced quality of life.
