Boratas BLYE03 is a portable sand washer and screening plant designed for aggregate washing, sand classification, and fine material recovery in quarrying, mining, and recycling applications. Combining several procedures in a single portable unit, it provides an efficient wet processing solution for both permanent and temporary installations.
The machine is equipped with an 8 m³ feed hopper with hydraulically adjustable grizzly bars, allowing direct feeding by wheel loaders or excavators. Material is conveyed to a triple-deck washing screen, where it is washed and classified into different aggregate sizes. Multiple spray zones ensure effective removal of clay, dust, and other fine contaminants while maintaining stable screening performance.
The integrated twin-spiral classifier recovers and dewaters fine sand fractions, improving product quality and minimizing the loss of valuable material during the washing process. This configuration makes the BLYE03 suitable for producing clean aggregates and washed sand for concrete, asphalt, and other construction applications.
Mounted on a two-axle wheeled chassis, the plant offers easy transportation, fast installation, and convenient maintenance access. The electric drive system supports plug-in operation from the site power supply or generator-assisted operation, providing reliable performance with low operating costs. The PLC-based electrical control panel incorporates high-quality ABB, Schneider, and Siemens components for safe and efficient plant control.
