Boratas Wheeled Mobile Jaw Crusher BLJ120 is a high-capacity mobile primary crushing unit developed for efficient material reduction in demanding applications such as quarrying, mining, and recycling. By combining proven jaw crusher technology with a wheeled transport configuration, the BLJ120 provides stable throughput and operational flexibility across a wide range of job sites.
The Boratas jaw crusher plant has adaptable design allows rapid relocation, quick commissioning, and effective primary crushing of mineral ores, granite, basalt, and other hard rocks and highly abrasive materials. The wheeled chassis simplifies transportation between sites, helping contractors and quarry operators minimize downtime and overall logistics costs.
The wheel-mounted machine can be integrated into larger crushing and screening systems, either as a two-chassis configuration with a cone crusher or as a three-chassis setup combined with a vertical shaft impact crusher. This makes the BLJ120 well suited for multi-stage large scale operations where compact design and mobility are key considerations.
Full Electric Drive Configuration
Our semi-mobile crushers are primarily designed for electric operation and is intended to be connected to an external power supply. An optional diesel generator can be provided upon request for applications requiring autonomous operation or temporary power availability.
