Incline Screens:
Grizzly Scalping Screens: Utilizing the TL vibrator mechanism, both single- and dual-shaft models are available. Deep section grizzly bars allow up to 6″ nominal spacing without interference from cross members. ASTEC inclined grizzly scalping screens are reliable and low maintenance with proven performance.
Valu-King Incline Screens: Designed for long service life, the vibrator mechanism incorporates spherical roller bearings and grease lubrication.
Vibro-King TL Incline Screens: From heavy-duty scalping of coarse stone to fine sizing of finished products in wet or dry applications, the Vibro-King TL® series is feature-packed and built to deliver low-cost performance.
Horizontal Screens:
The low screen height allows for operation in height-restricted areas and for maximum portability. The triple-shaft design employs an oval motion stroke pattern that generates an aggressive screening action, reducing plugging and blinding while providing extended bearing life: The horizontal screens product range includes:

High Frequency screens:
ASTEC high frequency screens utilize high-speed vibration, from 3600 – 4200 rpm, directly induced to the screen media, allowing for increased stratification and material separation.
Dewatering Screens:
These single-deck screens dewater fine aggregates prior to stockpiling. By utilizing a dewatering screen, producers can cut drying time significantly and get material out the door quickly.
Combo Screens:
The triple-shaft design employs an oval motion stroke pattern that generates a more aggressive screening action, reducing plugging and blinding while providing extended bearing life.
