Feeders Equipment
Material feed systems allow producers to maximize productivity and performance for efficient and profitable operations, product line include:
Apron Feeders:
These feeders feature a rugged, heavy-duty construction and are designed to handle feed sizes of up to 60” (1,500 mm) where no fines removal is required or where fines are removed by a separate vibrating grizzly.
Vibrating Grizzly Feeders:
Adjustable gear timing and bolt-on counterweights allow for maximum stroke adjustment (both angle and length) to achieve optimum feed control and consistent production.
Pan Feeders:
These feeders feature support springs with guards, bolt-in replaceable liners, re-greaseable bearings and exposed exciters for ease-of-access. Additional options include cone discharge spout, rubber liners and variable frequency drive.
