Crusher Chassis for sale, Static Crusher Chassis. 2024 Year – like new done very little work. Jaw box was originally fitted on this chassis and was removed along with the tracks. This is a complete crusher chassis with just the chamber and tracks removed, everything else is on the chassis feeder, discharge conveyor, panel, track position and chamber position. Grizzly vibrating feeder driven by 2 x 2.2kW vibrating motors. 800 wide discharge conveyor driven by 5.5kW electric motor – Belt will be supplied missing from photos. Fitted with starting panel that controls feeder, discharge belt and crusher. Panel has speed control to control feeder and level senor can be wired in to control feed into chamber. Panel also has contactors fitted to suit 55kW electric motor. Nice crusher chassis that is ideal to set up and put into work, the jaw box fitted on this was 800MM x 500MM approx weight 8,500KG. However, any jaw, cone, impactor etc could be fitted on this chassis, will take more weight than 8,500kg. This unit has only done around 100 crushing hours, its like new done very little work. Very cheap crusher chassis, would cost a lot more to build from scratch.
Very good access around the machine for service etc. Ideal unit/chassis to fit a jaw, cone or impactor on and make it a fully mobile crusher.
