ISM And Gorica Group Establish Joint Venture In Saudi Arabia

Jeddah (PlantAndEquipment.com) - Industrial Solutions for Manufacturing (ISM), a subsidiary of Zahid Industries, has finalized a shareholder agreement with Gorica Group to establish a joint venture focused on the manufacturing of truck bodies and trailers in Saudi Arabia.

The new entity, GORICA Arabia, has officially commenced operations, with production based in Jeddah and Riyadh and supported by Gorica’s existing manufacturing facilities in the United Arab Emirates.

The joint venture aims to strengthen local manufacturing capabilities and provide transport solutions tailored to the Saudi market, in line with the objectives of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
