Boratas BOR Series stationary belt conveyors are designed for continuous and reliable material transport in crushing and screening plants. They are used to transfer crushed stone, graded material, and sand between plant unites such as feeders, crushers and screens, or to stockpiles, and discharge points, supporting stable plant flow in quarry and mining operations.

BOR Series conveyors are manufactured in different sizes to match plant requirements, with belt widths typically ranging from 500 mm to 1200 mm and lengths produced according to the required layout. The conveyors use an electric motor operating at 1500 rpm, and the belt is typically a 4 ply rubber belt with 10 mm or 12 mm thickness depending on duty. Impact rollers are used at feed points to reduce wear, and the system is designed for stable, controlled transport without spillage when correctly selected for the application.
