نظرة عامة

الوصف
Boratas BLT130 is a wheel-mounted tertiary impact crushing and screening unit designed for final-stage crushing where fine material production, and controlled sizing and shaping are required. It is typically used in quarry and construction aggregate applications, especially for concrete and asphalt mixes where consistent grading and cubical product quality matter.

The Boratas tertiary impact crusher can be fed with material up to approximately 150 mm and is designed to produce fine fractions such as 0–4 mm or 0–5 mm. It combines a tertiary impact crusher with an integrated vibrating screen on single wheeled chassis, allowing both crushing and classification in a compact setup. The screening unit can be supplied with 2, 3, or 4 decks depending on the needed end product fractions.

The unit is designed primarily for electric operation and is intended to be connected to an external power source. On request, an optional diesel generator can be supplied for projects requiring temporary or off-grid power, supporting flexible use across different sites without changing the core crushing and screening configuration.

Manufactured in compliance with international quality standards and supported by Boratas warranty after-sales service.
