Inspector's Comment:
All operations are functional. However, the battery does not charge. There is significant articulation play in all bushes. Tracks and sprockets will need replacement in the near future. There is a major leak on the stick cylinder which must be repaired before operation. The blade cylinder cap also needs to be fixed. Exhaust gasket noise is noticeable during acceleration.
